Xbox Strife

The Xbox Live service has problems, and Microsoft seem rather happy ignoring them. Some of the problems are technical - account theft goes unchecked, immigrants cannot move their accounts, and Gamertags cannot be retrieved for the silliest of reasons - while others are to do with utterly atrocious Customer Support.

My goal is to bring attention to these problems, so that people can have their grievances seen by someone instead of ignored by Microsoft. Who knows? Maybe we’ll attract some attention and some of these utterly abominable problems will be looked into.
